Q & A with Bernie – August 24, 2020

Question for Bernie:

Dear Dr. Siegel,
I hope you are doing well and taking care of yourself. 🙂

I wanted to share with you this news that worries me.  I’ve been having terrible headaches for weeks and I figured the fastest way to take care of it before a doctor’s appointment is getting treated at the ER, since the pain was too much. So I went in yesterday and it turns out they found what they call an “incidental finding” a 1.3 mm cyst in my pineal gland nonetheless.

I was hoping for your thoughts on this, and maybe some more words of wisdom from you. I am scheduled to see a neurologist soon. I am praying it really is nothing to worry about. I wish I lived closer to you so I could be your patient!!!

Thank you for your time, and lots of love.

Bernie’s Answer:

I doubt the cyst is anything to worry about.

What does your headache pain feel like? Ask yourself what else in your life fits that word, and eliminate it from your life.

Relax. Breathe.

Peace.
Bernie
