Question for Bernie:
I am a woman in my late 50s who has had binge eating issues most of my life. It makes losing weight and/or keeping it off, difficult, at best. I am ashamed, sneaky, depressed, etc. but I deserve to live the balance of my life free from this hell. So this is an easy question, right? 😉 How can I do this?

I thank you very much for your response. As easy as that sounds, you know it’s very difficult. I will commit to do this for 30 days and hope to see some positive changes. I’m getting to a point where I do believe I deserve it. Thank you.
