Poor Spellers or Powerful Messages?

Intuition is the deepest wisdom of the soul.
~ Jeffrey Mishlove

One day I was typing an email to our daughter, Carolyn, and accidentally wrote the word loving. I didn’t correct it because I thought it was a wonderful new word that contained great meaning. Did I mean to type living or loving? I think loving means both. So my daughter and I now have a word that expresses what we were created to experience despite life’s difficulties.

I continued to type because I wanted to compliment our daughter on something that she had done for her children. I intended to type good work — but instead I typed godd work. I liked that word too and left it! If we do godd work we are doing good work in our Creator’s name.

It’s nice to make these kinds of illuminating spelling errors. But then are they really errors? Freud and Jung would tell us otherwise! Perhaps these unconscious mistakes are to remind us to listen to our inner voice and follow its therapeutic directions.

At times we need to think less and feel more by letting our intuitive wisdom come into play.

Peace,
