Hi Bernie,
I started taking two placebos—lifesavers in a days of the week medicine box. One is for a better immune system and the other is to fight cancer. I’m doing my frying pan visualization every day, and the amount of stuff in the pan is getting smaller now at the start.
I’m also doing the mirror exercise, sending my body love.
