A To-Do List for Good Health

If we don’t change, we don’t grow.  If we don’t grow, we aren’t really living.

~ Gail Sheehy

“It’s killing me.”  Yes, there are things that may kill us that we have no direct control over, but most of the time that expression relates to the things in our lives that we can act on and change: jobs, behaviors, attitudes, and more.

My suggestion is to make a list of what is “killing you” and decide what you want to do about it now. If you have trouble thinking about what should be on the list, ask your body to give you a few hints. Put the list on the refrigerator and start working on eliminating everything from your list.  When that is done, replace it with a new list of what you need to shop for to enhance your life.

Check your list daily.  Reevaluate situations that seem impossible. Then take action to make the needed changes to save your life.

Peace,
